Following the Comprehensive Spending Review in October 2010, the Bolsover North East Derbyshire LEADER funding allocation has been reduced.
The overall budget for the programme (2007-2013) is now £1,962,000.
We have, as at July 2011, contracted with projects to the value of £2,010,696 which means we have exceeded our budget already.
Unfortunately, the result of this is that we are unable to accept any further full applications for LEADER funding at this time.
There may be scope for additional funding in the future and, of course, we will publish this news should it happen. We have been advised by defra that the earliest that any additional funds may become available will be April / May 2012.

In the meantime, if you have a project which you feel will benefit the local economy and is suitable for the LEADER Approach should additional funding become available, please contact the team to discuss your options.
